What is on this page?

This is the running record of outcomes from restaurants using the Catering Funnels system. It is updated weekly, one entry per confirmed win. Catering Funnels is a done-for-you lead generation and automation platform built for restaurants with active catering operations.

Every entry lists the same six things. The date, the restaurant, what the corporate client actually ordered, the revenue where the operator disclosed a figure, the channel that produced the lead, and a link to the full breakdown. Nothing here is aggregated into a percentage and nothing is modeled. When a booking is confirmed but the dollar amount was not shared, the revenue column shows a dash instead of an estimate.

Why are the buyer details missing?

The restaurant is named when the operator approves it. The corporate buyer never is. No contact name, no employer, no job title, and no city where the combination of details would identify the account. Operators share these wins so other operators can see the pattern, not so their clients end up in marketing copy.

What does the channel column tell you?

Most of these leads came from outbound work. LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and automated follow-up account for the majority of the entries below. A smaller number came inbound, where the win was not finding the lead but answering fast enough to keep it from going to a competitor.

That split is the useful part. Corporate catering orders rarely arrive on their own. Someone has to start the conversation, and something has to keep it alive between the first message and the purchase order.

Which wins have full case studies?

Two of them. Bain Barbecue booked a $5,550 corporate order from a single LinkedIn message. Fob Grill booked a 600-person, $22,000 corporate holiday party direct, with no marketplace and no commission. The rest of the entries below are shorter weekly breakdowns of the same approach.
