How much does Catering Funnels cost?
Three plans: Takeout ($97/mo + $497 one-time setup), Delivery ($747/mo + $997 setup), and Full-Service ($2,997/mo + $1,997 setup).
What's the difference between Takeout, Delivery, and Full-Service?
Takeout is DIY: landing pages, pipeline, CRM, and automation tools. Delivery adds AI employees, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and at least 10 qualified leads per month. Full-Service is white-glove. Full AI team, Facebook + Google ads management, dedicated success manager, and the most aggressive growth setup.
What's the one-time activation fee for?
Setup. We configure your landing pages, automations, booking calendar, AI agents, and any integrations specific to your restaurant. Activation work happens during the 2-day setup window.
Is there a free trial?
The Takeout plan includes a 14-day trial. Delivery and Full-Service don't include trials. The setup work and dedicated resources on those plans require a commitment upfront.
Is there a guarantee?
On Delivery and Full-Service plans, we run the campaign until you have earned back at least what you paid.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time with no long-term contract. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans whenever it makes sense.
Do I need to bring my own leads?
No. Delivery and Full-Service include outbound lead generation (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or paid ads depending on tier). Takeout focuses on capturing and converting the leads you already get.
Do I own my client data?
Yes, always. Every client, every order, every contact is yours. Unlike marketplaces, we never insert ourselves between you and your customer.
