By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.
This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions. Both together form the agreement between you and Catering Funnels.
1.Information We Collect

- Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)
- Information you submit through forms, including contact forms and quote requests

4.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

These include essential cookies required for the Services to function (authentication, security), analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use our site (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), and marketing cookies used to deliver and measure advertising.

5.Email and SMS Communications
5.1Email
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving transactional emails (receipts, account notices, service updates). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and include an unsubscribe link in every message.
5.2SMS
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receiving SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and 10DLC/A2P messaging regulations.
We do not sell phone numbers or SMS lists.
6.Third-Party Services
Our Platform integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy practices, including GoHighLevel (the underlying CRM platform), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS delivery), Google services (Analytics, Tag Manager, Workspace integrations), LinkedIn (for outreach features on select tiers), and Meta/Facebook (for ads and social integrations on select tiers).
When you connect or use these services, their privacy policies apply to information handled by them. We encourage you to review their policies.
7.Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After account termination:
- Account and content data: deleted within 30 days
- Backups: deleted within 90 days
- Anonymized usage data: may be retained indefinitely
- Information required by law: retained as legally required
You may request earlier deletion subject to legal and contractual obligations.
8.Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access despite our efforts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
9.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
9.2European residents (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

10.Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
11.International Users
We are based in Puerto Rico, United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
12.Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered email address, notice on the Platform dashboard, and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
